Led SaaS/IaaS Connected-Car Telematics for 7 global key accounts — $50M+ revenue impact, 99.95% platform availability for 12+ months. Deployed AI/ML predictive analytics for fuel-injector failure (~95% accuracy, Patent #202141049000, $1.5M cloud savings, ISO 26262). Earlier, as IP & Innovation lead, expanded the Bosch India IP portfolio 50% in a year — roughly a patent per working day.
Led a 200+ associate IT & Engineering delivery organization with CSI >85% across Japan, Germany, India & ASEAN. Directed QA automation with 50+ engineers, hit 100% deployment targets, built university partnerships for an offshore talent pipeline, and cultivated 4 Group Leaders & 12 Project Managers.
Led 4 end-to-end engineering programmes across Diesel & Gasoline business units with a >90% defect-free delivery index — earning the Star Performer Award (2010).
