A multidisciplinary business leader with a passion for solving "customer problems" through data driven decision making and thinking "out of the box”. Am an explorer and enjoy establishing and scaling of new functions and software teams, mentoring and nurturing people talent.
Started my career as a Java developer in healthcare domain and then went onto develop Software tool chains for the automotive domain. PMP certified since Aug-2010 and lead key projects and cross-functional Programs building engineering and Software solutions.​
With a post graduate degree in Data Science and General management, am constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to improve the effectiveness of various business processes through the use of technology. Have filed 4 patents in the predictive analytics in automotive, battery domains. Expertise in handling web and mobile development, cloud operations, Data analytics in IoT field. Currently playing key role in digital transformation at Straumann Group (Digital dentistry) handling 4 products (2 platform and 2 applications)using Scaled Agile framework SAFe Practice Consultant certified since Dec-2023.
